Small pets make brilliant companions for families and first-time owners, and most need far less space than a cat or dog. Whether you keep rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, ferrets or chinchillas, you’ll find food, bedding, treats and accessories here at everyday low prices.

Rabbits and guinea pigs need a high-fibre diet built around hay and grass, topped up with a complete nugget feed and fresh greens. Guinea pigs can’t produce their own vitamin C, so a purpose-made guinea pig food is important rather than an all-in-one small animal mix.

Hamsters, gerbils and rats do well on a complete mix or nugget feed, with treats kept as an occasional reward or a training aid. Chinchillas have a more specialist diet of pellets and good-quality hay, and shouldn’t be given fatty or sugary treats.

Clean, absorbent bedding keeps hutches and cages comfortable and helps control odour, and our accessories range covers bowls, water bottles, hides, tunnels and toys to keep small pets active and settled. We also stock food for the wild hedgehogs visiting your garden.
