We’re on the A120 aka Coggeshall Road in Marks Tey, just off the A12, and within easy reach of Colchester, Stanway, Braintree, Witham, Chelmsford and the surrounding villages.
We’re a third-generation family business. That means the advice you get across the counter comes from people who genuinely know their stock. No script, no upsell, no pressure – just honest guidance on feeding, bulk buying and what’s actually right for your animal.
Click & collect only
We’re a pick-up only shop. Order online for click & collect, or come in and browse the full range in person. There’s plenty of parking, and the team will always help you out to the car with heavy bags.
What we stock
Our range goes well beyond the usual high-street line-up. Alongside all the major dog and cat brands at discount prices, we carry:
- Rabbit, guinea pig and small animal food, including bulk bags from Heygates, Burgess Excel and Tiny Friends Farm
- Caged bird mixes for budgies, canaries, cockatiels, parrots and finches, plus pigeon corn and aviary mixes
- Wild bird food: sunflower hearts, peanuts, monkey nuts, mealworms and suet in domestic and bulk 20kg sizes
- Poultry feed: layers pellets, growers, layers mash, chick starter crumbs and oyster shell grit
- Equine and farm lines: haylage, sugar beet shreds, Speedi-Beet and general farm animal feed
- Frozen day-old chicks for raptor keepers and reptile owners
