Estimated Next Day Delivery (Mainland Uk Excl. Scottish Highlands)

Please Note: Deliveries may be delayed over the Christmas / New Year period

The estimated next day delivery charge is £5.99 for up to 28kg and a further £5.99 for each additional 28kg. This is for next working day delivery. Orders are dispatched on the same day when ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. (not including bank holidays). These orders are delivered via DPD or DHL and include a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Although over 95% of deliveries arrive on time delivery times are NOT guaranteed and no refund will be given for late deliveries.

We cannot ship to Ireland/Northern Ireland

We cannot ship to any Scottish Islands this includes the following post codes:

HS, IV41-51, IV52- 56, KA26-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA40-49,PA 60-78, PH42-44, ZE,IM

We are now able to ship to the Scottish Highlands, the delivery charge for this is £16.99 per 28kg but is not guaranteed next working day. We can also ship to the isle of wight at a charge of £29.99 per 28kg, again this is not a next working day delivery

Scottish Highlands are the following post codes:

AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV30-36, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49-50.

We will deliver your order to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
Whilst most drivers are more than happy to assist where possible this is a door-to-door delivery service and they may not always be able to carry the parcel through your home/garden.

Non-delivery must be reported within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
